Special edition of the official Bulletin of Georgian Intellectual Property Office

On July 31, 2013 the Georgia Patent Office (Sakpatenti) published a Special Edition of the official Bulletin containing 172 geographical indications that have been submitted for protection in the territory of Georgia by the European Union according to the "Agreement between the European Union and Georgia on Protection of Geographical Indications of Agricultural Products and Foodstuffs" that took effect on April 1, 2012.

The published geographical indications can be appealed at the Board of Appeals of Sakpatenti within 3 months from their publication.
