Memorandum of Understanding in the IP field: India and Russia

The draft of the agreement is prepared and has passed the consideration by the Indian party. The Offices believe that the document will be signed this fall.

Also, the parties are intended to conclude an Agreement on the access to the Traditional Knowledge Digital Library of India, which is being compiled at the moment. The content of the Library may be included to the so called "patent minimum".

In order to reduce the time for obtaining the information about inventions the Russian Federation already exchanges information with 62 Patent Offices of different countries of the world.
