According to the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 861 of December 13, 2019, the base value increased by 1.5 Belarusian rubles. The cost of one base value will be 27 Belarusian rubles. This Resolution will come into force on January 1, 2020.

As a result of the base value increase the official fees charged for actions related to the registration and maintenance of validity of the types of IP rights on the territory of the Republic of Belarus will also increase according to the corresponding rates.
