The representatives of Mikhailyuk, Sorokolat and Partners took part at "IP Days Seminar 2018" in Munich, Germany on September 26-27. The program of this year's event focused on the themes "Internet of Things" and "Industry 4.0". Experts from China, Japan, the USA and some countries of the European Union shared their opinions in respect of the perspectives and developments of the industry in the key worldwide jurisdictions.

During the event the legal aspects of the creation, management and protection of industrial designs and trademarks were highlighted. Also, news regarding the UPC - Unified Patent Court were discussed during the panel forum.

As a completion of the "IP Days Seminar 2018" it was a visit to the annual festival "Oktoberfest" in traditional Bavarian costumes. Photos from the events are provided below.
