The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus adopted Resolution No. 956 "On Establishing the rate of the Base Value" on December 27, 2018. Therefore, the base value was increased by 1 Belarusian ruble. Thus, the one base value constitutes 25.5 Belarusian rubles. The Decree entered into force on January 1, 2019.
