Ms. Bondarenko graduated from V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Chemistry Department. She majored in computer chemistry and molecular design.

She joined the firm in 2010.

Prior to joining the company, she was getting her experience at the Pisarzhevskii Institute Of Physical Chemistry of the National Academy of Sciences of the Ukraine.

Ms. Bondarenko specializes in patent search and inventions related to chemistry, namely pharmaceutical chemistry and technology and biochemistry.

She speaks Ukrainian, Russian and English.
