Besides, the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On the Librarianship" of 02.05.2008, the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Mass Media" of 17.07.2008 and the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus "On approval of the Regulations of compulsory free of charge copy of documents" of 03.09.2008 provide mandatory deposition system. Latvia The Latvian Copyright Law doesn’t provide for mandatory or voluntary registration of copyright works or subject matter of related rights, however the Law of Libraries of the Republic of Lithuania; Law of Public Information of the Republic of Lithuania; Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania Regarding the Number of Legal Deposit Documents and their Transmission to the Libraries provide mandatory deposition system. Lithuania The Lithuanian Law on Copyright and Related rights does not provide for mandatory or voluntary registration of copyright works or subject matter of related rights, however the Legal Deposit Law adopted in 2006 provides mandatory deposition system.
