Besides, the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On the Librarianship" of 02.05.2008, the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Mass Media" of 17.07.2008 and the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus "On approval of the Regulations of compulsory free of charge copy of documents" of 03.09.2008 provide mandatory deposition system.
